Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while building long-term, trust-based relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions, manage accounts, and identify opportunities for growth and retention.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

  • Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

  • Prepare and present reports, updates, and performance reviews for clients.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

  • Monitor account performance and proactively address potential issues.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better support clients.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales roles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS industries.

  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable client insights.

  • Project management experience.

  • Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
