Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while building long-term, trust-based relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions, manage accounts, and identify opportunities for growth and retention.
What you’ll be doing
Act as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Prepare and present reports, updates, and performance reviews for clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Monitor account performance and proactively address potential issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better support clients.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
Experience in B2B or SaaS industries.
Ability to analyze data and create actionable client insights.
Project management experience.
Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
