Job Description
We are seeking a creative and user-centered AI Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design intuitive, intelligent, and human-centric experiences that integrate artificial intelligence into products. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to define user journeys, translate complex AI capabilities into simple interactions, and ensure our solutions deliver real value while remaining transparent, ethical, and accessible. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of technology, design, and user empathy.
What you’ll be doing
Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered products, from concept to final implementation.
Translate AI/ML models into clear, explainable, and intuitive user interactions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or similar tools.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and data scientists to shape product vision.
Ensure ethical and transparent design practices for AI explainability, bias, and accessibility.
Stay updated with AI trends, design innovations, and user behavior research to inform design choices
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for complex digital products, ideally with AI/ML features.
Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer).
Experience in user research, persona development, and usability testing.
Ability to create design systems and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
Prior experience designing for AI/ML-driven applications (chatbots, recommendation systems, analytics dashboards, etc.).
Familiarity with data visualization and human-AI interaction patterns.
Knowledge of prompt design, conversational interfaces, or multimodal AI experiences.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end prototyping for effective collaboration with developers.
Contributions to design communities, open-source projects, or published design research.
