Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
What you’ll be doing
Research and identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts.
Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and sales pipeline targets.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in cold calling, emailing, and networking.
Ability to quickly understand customer needs and present value propositions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
Experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments.
Knowledge of lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.
Understanding of sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, etc.).
Multilingual skills for international outreach.
