Job Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to lead our content initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a content strategy that engages our audience, builds brand awareness, and drives measurable business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content across multiple channels.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
Plan, create, and manage engaging content across blogs, social media, emails, landing pages, and more.
Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to create compelling campaigns.
Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing.
Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead and mentor a team of content creators, writers, or freelancers.
Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices in content marketing
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
Experience in managing content distribution across paid channels.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
Ability to produce multimedia content (basic graphic design, video, or podcasting).
Understanding of B2B or SaaS content strategies (if relevant to your business).
