Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through creative and data-backed strategies. You’ll work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns.
What you’ll be doing
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.).
Monitor and optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
Manage and grow brand presence on social media channels.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and analyze performance.
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging digital content.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.) to track KPIs and report performance.
Research market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure digital campaigns align with overall brand goals and guidelines.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills and creativity.
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
