Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our team. You will help drive product decisions by analyzing user behavior, market trends, and business data. Your insights will support product strategy, improve user experience, and guide the development of features that deliver value to our customers.

What you’ll be doing

Analyze product usage data, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to improve product features.
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Assist in defining metrics and success criteria for product initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
Support A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for the team.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or data analytics.
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)

Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
Understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Prior experience in SaaS, tech, or digital product environments.
