Job Description
We are looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing digital products that enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into functional, user-centered designs.
What you’ll be doing
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.
Ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and responsive across devices.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and internal stakeholders.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing product design work.
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of design thinking methodology.
Experience in designing SaaS, mobile apps, or complex web platforms.
