Job Description
We are seeking a Quantum AI Systems Engineer to design and implement next-generation intelligent systems at the intersection of quantum computing and artificial intelligence. In this role, you will build hybrid quantum-classical workflows, integrate cutting-edge algorithms into real-world applications, and collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and cloud engineers to bring quantum advantage closer to production. This position is ideal for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of computation, solving complex optimization and machine learning challenges, and contributing to the future of AI.
What you’ll be doing
Design, develop, and optimize hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for machine learning, optimization, and simulation use cases.
Build scalable AI workflows leveraging quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Pennylane, etc.) and integrate them into enterprise systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI/ML, data science, cloud engineering, hardware specialists) to deploy quantum-enhanced models in production.
Prototype, benchmark, and evaluate performance improvements against classical baselines.
Contribute to the development of quantum simulation environments and testing frameworks.
Publish technical findings, contribute to patents, and stay ahead of cutting-edge research in Quantum AI.
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
Hands-on experience with quantum computing SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, Pennylane, Braket, Ocean).
Proficiency in Python and exposure to C++/Rust/Julia is a plus.
Solid understanding of linear algebra, probability, quantum mechanics, and optimization techniques.
Ability to work in cloud environments (AWS, Azure Quantum, Google Quantum AI).
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
PhD in Quantum Computing, Quantum Information Science, or related field.
Familiarity with quantum error correction, variational algorithms (VQE, QAOA), quantum kernels, and quantum machine learning (QML).
Experience with distributed systems, HPC (High Performance Computing), or GPU/TPU accelerators.
Prior contributions to open-source quantum computing projects.
Experience in publishing research papers or patents in quantum computing or AI.
What We offer
Opportunity to work at the forefront of Quantum + AI innovation shaping the future of intelligent systems.
Collaborative, research-driven culture with access to world-class experts and quantum hardware.
Competitive compensation with performance bonuses.
Flexible hybrid/remote work options.
Professional development through conferences, certifications, and learning grants.
A chance to influence enterprise adoption of quantum technologies across industries.
