Job Description
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving company growth.
What you’ll be doing
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Confidence in cold calling, networking, and presenting to clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
Experience in B2B sales or SaaS products.
Knowledge of digital sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
Understanding of sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, or similar).
Multilingual skills for wider client engagement.
