Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver robust frontend solutions and mentor junior team members.
What you’ll be doing
Lead the development of responsive, interactive, and high-performance web applications.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement end-to-end solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Mentor and support junior frontend developers, providing code reviews and guidance.
Optimize frontend performance and implement scalable frontend architectures.
Stay up-to-date with modern frontend frameworks, libraries, and tools.
Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and product roadmap.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4–7 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
Experience with state management, frontend build tools, and testing frameworks.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks.
Knowledge of server-side rendering and progressive web apps (PWAs).
Understanding of design systems and UI component libraries.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or microservices architecture.
