Prices vary a lot, and the headline figure rarely tells the whole story. This guide shows you what to compare, so you can judge any supplier fairly.
The parts of the cost
Set-up: is there a fee, and who does the work?
The subscription: what does the monthly price actually include?
Usage: are calls or minutes charged on top, and what happens in a busy month?
Phone numbers and calls: who pays the carrier, and can you keep your own numbers?
Connections to your other systems: calendar, customer records, contact centre. Are they extra?
Support and changes: what is included, and what costs more?
Your own time: how many hours will your team spend setting up and reviewing?
Compare on the same footing
Ask every supplier for a quote for the same situation: your number of calls, your hours and the jobs you want covered. Two prices only compare fairly when they cover the same thing.
Put it next to what you lose today
Use the sum from our guide on the real cost of a missed call. Then set the cost of the AI front desk beside what missed calls and routine work cost you now. The comparison is more useful than the price on its own.
Questions to ask any supplier. What is included in the monthly price? What is charged on top? What would a busy month cost? What happens if I want to stop?
How our pricing works
Plans are packaged by tier and tailored to your industry and region, and priced in your local currency. You keep your own phone numbers and carrier. We size a plan to your volumes, so book a conversation and we will talk it through.
We do not publish a price list in this guide, because the right plan depends on your situation. We would rather give you an honest figure for your business than a number that does not fit.
